The Lindsay Automotive Group has been an important part of the Washington, DC metro area community for decades.  Beginning with Lindsay Cadillac of Alexandria opening in 1949, three generations of Lindsay's have been involved in the daily operations of the dealership group that now include Lexus of Alexandria, Lindsay Ford of Wheaton, Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge and Isuzu Commercial Trucks, and Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles.  Lindsay Smart Center of Alexandria opened in Janurary 2008 bringing the total number of dealerships to seven in the Greater Washington DC area.

All our Lindsay Automotive Group dealerships have an excellent selection of used and certified preowned cars.  Used cars, preowned and certified preowned, import and domestic all at low prices with free carfax reports.  We also provide you with third-party valuation from BlackBook, the source dealerships use to set trade-in values.

The Lindsay family philosophy and practice is to give back to their community whether through direct financial contributions, garnering support from other businesses to assist non-profit organizations, or personally volunteering their time and energy on special need projects that support schools, hospitals, churches, health foundations, law enforcement, and local education.  Lindsay Automotive Group has been a platinum sponsor of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, a sponsor of the 2007 Children's Ball for Children's Hospital in Washington, D.C., and the Alexandria Boys & Girls Club, to highlight just a few examples of our charity work.
